Short Description: Twence B.V. Afvalverwerking is a young organisation. Itís a modern and sharp company, which efficiently processes construction/ demolition waste and industrial waste.

 

 

 




Technical Information

The sorting line installed at Twence in Hengelo, Holland is a complete sorting line with semi-automatic processing of the fraction 0 to 1000 mm. The capacity of the system is 1.000.000 m3 of waste materials per year.

 

The line consists of a deposit hopper, screens, separators, windshifters, conveyor belts and a sorting cabin. The project was delivered turn-key including other deliveries like platforms and stairways, control cabinet, cabling and all installations.

 

The system is in operation since the end of 2002.

 

Process information

Product : Industrial waste and/or construction/demolition waste

Specific weight : 0.22 ñ 0.28 ton/m≥

Dimensions : 0 - 1000 mm

Capacity : 150 m≥/h = 50 ton/h

 

 

The sorting line will process industrial wastes and/or construction/ demolition wastes into:

  • sand 0-10 mm
  • clean aggregates 10-40 mm
  • clean aggregates 40-500 mm
  • RFD 10-40/40-180/180-500 mm
  • RDF 500-1000 mm
  • wood 10-500 mm
  • ferrous
  • non-ferrous

 

Recycling capacity: 85%
